Crystals & Grids

What are crystals?

Crystals are solid rock formations.  Each variation of crystals or stones contains different properties and supportive energy.  There is power in individual stones, but personally, I find crystal grids to be more supportive and in alignment with the intentions and goals I am committing to when I use crystals.  In other words, if you want support on a goal, such as "being more focused", "using your voice or speaking your truth", "connecting to your higher self", etc, crystal grids can be an awesome, tangible tool to visibly remind you of your goal or dream.

What are crystal grids?

Crystal grids are designs (like the one below) that have a center stone (which is the stone of your intention) surrounded by other stones to enhance and support the center stone's purpose.  It is helpful to set grids up in places you'll see regularly such as your office desk, somewhere in your closet or bedroom dresser, next to your night stand or even in the middle of your dining room table.  Not only does the energy of the stones support you emotionally, spiritually and mentally but the visual of seeing your crystal grid reminds you to stay on track.  Not to mention, the beauty of the stones is enough to lift one's spirits :)
